1. Why do I have to buy vouchers to access a discount in the featured stores?

(a) The discounts available here are not available to members of the general public and, therefore, to be able to offer a discount at all, in such a large range of stores, we have only been able to do it through a discounted voucher scheme.

2. How does the discount work?

(a) You purchase the full value of vouchers that you require from REPTA discounts minus the discount plus sundry costs such as post and credit card charges. You pay in full for your goods in the store with the vouchers that you have obtained at a discount.

3. What are the postal charges?

(a)

£1 discounted value under £200 (first class post)

£2 discounted value between £201 and £350 (first class - split orders)

£3.25 discounted value between £351 and £500 (Royal Mail Special Tracked)

£5.00 discounted value between £501 and £600 (Special Delivery)

£6.00 discounted value between £601 and £800 (Special Delivery)

£7.00 discounted value between £801 and £1,000 (Special Delivery)

£.8.50 discounted value between £1,001 and £2,400 (Special Delivery)

4. What are the credit card or debit card charges?

(a) There is no charge for debit card payments and a 1% charge will be applicable on all credit card transactions.

5. Is change given for voucher transactions in store?

(a) Not usually, so please ensure that you purchase the right denominations of vouchers. When calling the REPTA discounts number you will be advised what denominations are available and on the website all denominations available are listed.

6. Do the vouchers have an expiry date?

(a) It varies, but the minimum validity of a voucher in our range is 12 months.

7. How long does it take from placing my order to the arrival of the vouchers?

(a) If the vouchers are in stock usually within 48 hours. If they need to ordered and subsequently dispatched to you it can take up to five working days but this is unusual. At  times of very heavy postal traffic such as Christmas, we do advise that orders can take up to 10 days.

8. Can I pay by cheque?

(a) You can, but the vouchers will not be dispatched until the cheque has cleared.

9. Some of your vouchers can be used to pay for goods and services from a variety of brands such as High Street Vouchers and Leisure Vouchers – how does this work?

(a) We advise that you check whether stores accept the voucher and also how the vouchers can be used to pay.

For example the High Street Voucher – Love2Shop -can be used as cash in all the stores that participate in their scheme (details can be found on the REPTA website -www.reptadiscounts.co.uk – or you will be advised which stores accept it when calling the REPTA discounts phone-number).

Some of the brands within Leisure Vouchers such as Thomas Cook cannot be used in Thomas Cook stores and have specific procedures to follow to ensure that you get your 10% discount. Details can be found on the REPTA discounts website -www.reptadiscounts.co.uk or please enquire when calling the REPTA Discounts phone-number.

10. What information do I need to have to hand when registering on the REPTA Discounts website for the first time, prior to placing my first order?

(a) Your REPTA membership number and a valid e-mail address if you are registering on-line.
